Our new registration system is up and running!

Logging in for the First Time:

  1. Click Log In on the upper right hand side of the screen
  2. Under the blue “Login” button, look for “Retrieve username & password. Click here”. Click on the word, “here”.
  3. Enter the email address you used to log in on our old system
  4. A reset password link will be sent to your email
  5. Follow email instructions to set a new password

Renew your Membership:

  1. Once logged in, if you are not on the Manage Account, click the “Manage Account” tab near the top right of the screen.
  2. Make sure all members in your account are listed on the right side of the home screen.
  3. Update your Emergency Contact information (lower right side).
  4. Sign/Agree to the waiver attached to the account holder by clicking the blue icon under the members list. (Previously, this was done as part of the payment process.)
  5. Check for missing information. Alerts will appear at the top right.
  6. When ready to pay, click Pay Dues on the left side or payments on the top to go to payment screen.
    1. Check the appropriate boxes next to fees you will be paying.
    2. If you need to change your type of membership, please contact us.
    3. If you are a new returning member (second, third or fourth year member) the options for initiation fee will be there as well. Select pay in full ($300) or pay the appropriate year of your three $100 yearly installments.
    4. If your children will be participating in Water Ballet, Swim Team or Dive Team, select those checkboxes and the appropriate member from your account who will be participating.
      • If you have multiple Swim/Dive Team participants and your total for them is greater than $500, select pay by check and contact us.
    5. Select Payment Type
    6. Click Next
    7. Review Order and Select Pay Now

Adding Swim Team, Dive Team or Water Ballet:

  1. Once Logged in from the Manage Account Page
  2. Click payments on the top to go to payment screen.
  3. To participate in Water Ballet, Swim Team or Dive Team, select those checkboxes and the appropriate member from your account who will be participating
    1. If you have multiple Swim/Dive Team participants and your total for them is greater than $500, select pay by check and contact us.
  4. Select Payment Type
  5. Click Next
  6. Review Order and Select Pay Now
